Delivery and Returns
Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days
We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example a parcel locker, PO Box or your place of work. We are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
We ship with signature on delivery. You are welcome to leave a note giving authority to leave without signature but we do not recommend this due to parcels going missing with Australia post.
Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout.
Fabric: Cut fabric CANNOT be returned.
Clearance Items: Can be exchanged but CANNOT be returned for a refund.
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
- Full price items can be exchanged or refunded (minus original postage costs, if applicable)
- Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using a discount code or discount voucher) can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. These items can not be refunded.
- Garments must be unworn and undamaged with the original tags still attached.
- Please email us to arrange the return/exchange within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
