Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your products! If it's not quite what you wanted, simply email info@mirandamurphy.com.au with your full name, order number and the reason for returning the product and we will happily give you a full refund (excluding original postage costs). You are also welcome to exchange full priced items.  Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges, on sale items.  Garments must be unworn with the original tags still attached.

Please email us to arrange the return within 5 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 

 

Wrong size?

If your chosen garment does not fit, you are more than welcome to return it and switch to a different size. Please email us to arrange the changeover within 5 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Garments must be unworn with the original tags still attached. 

Have you purchased our largest size and it is too small or have you purchased our smallest size and it is too large? If your selected item is full priced, you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund (excluding original postage costs). Once again, Please email us to arrange the refund within 5 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Garments must be unworn with the original tags still attached. 

Sale items can only be exchanged not refunded.

 

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges, on sale items. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.  Garments must be unworn with the original tags still attached.

Return of Faulty Goods

We will repair or replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. To return damaged goods, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned with a copy of the original invoice. Please note: faulty products do not include damage incurred by the purchaser (please see Product Care).
A repair or exchange (based on our discretion) will be made on receipt of the damaged item. No costs will be associated with the repair of damaged goods. In the case that the item cannot be repaired we will send you a replacement, at our expense, in the same style/colour. In the case that the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer you a full refund OR we will offer the opportunity to replace the damaged item with another item of your choosing – any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
