PRODUCT CARE

 

Cotton, Cotton Jersey, Cotton Terry and Cotton/Spandex Jersey Garments

  • Cold wash only
  • Handwash is highly recommended. Alternatively, machine wash on short/delicate cycle in a delicates bag
  • Use mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners, stain removers or bleach
  • Wash with like colours
  • Do not leave the garment sitting wet – hang to dry immediately after washing.  
  • Hang to dry in shade
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Warm/Hot Iron


    Ecovero/Bamboo/Viscose Garments

        • It is usual for these fabrics to shrink 3 - 5% after the first wash. A hot, steamy Iron will restore the shape.
        • Cold wash only
        • Use mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners, stain removers or bleach
        • Hand wash is highly recommended. Alternatively, cold wash on delicate cycle in a delicates bag. Wash with similar colours
        • Do not soak the garment
        • Do not leave the garment sitting wet – hang to dry immediately after washing
        • Drip dry in shade
        • Do not tumble dry
        • Hot, steamy iron to restore shape
        • Dry cleanable

         

          SHIPPING

           Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days 

          We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example a parcel locker, PO Box or your place of work. We are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

          We ship with signature on delivery.  You are welcome to leave a note giving authority to leave without signature but we do not recommend this due to parcels going missing with Australia post. 

           

          All orders within Australia:

          Due to an increase in parcels being lost by Australia Post, we are now only shipping with signature on delivery.

          Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout

          RETURNS

          We want you to be happy with your purchase!

          • Full price items (including "Made to order" items) can be exchanged or refunded (minus original postage costs, if applicable)
          • Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using a discount code or discount voucher) can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  These items can not be refunded. This excludes Bargain Outlet pieces.  Please see below.
          • Bargain Outlet pieces CANNOT be returned or exchanged. All bargain outlet sales are final.
          • Garments must be unworn and undamaged with the original tags still attached.
          • Please email us to arrange the return/exchange within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
          • In the case of exchanges, we will refund your initial order and the new replacement item can be purchased separately. 

          Simply email info@mirandamurphy.com.au with your full name, order number and the reason for returning/exchanging the product.

          Return of Faulty Goods

          We will repair or replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. To return damaged goods, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned with a copy of the original invoice. Please note: faulty products do not include damage incurred by the purchaser (please see Product Care).
          A repair or exchange (based on our discretion) will be made on receipt of the damaged item. No costs will be associated with the repair of damaged goods. In the case that the item cannot be repaired we will send you a replacement, at our expense, in the same style/colour. In the case that the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer you a full refund OR we will offer the opportunity to replace the damaged item with another item of your choosing – any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
